The parent sets strategy, allocates capital, and holds every platform to one operating standard; each platform’s specialists run its properties day to day. We focus on U.S. markets with diversified employment, population growth, and housing demand that outpaces new supply. Our offices in Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Houston keep our people near the assets they run.

Cotra is led by Chief Executive Officer Alexandra Pohl, who runs every platform on one operating spine, and Chief Operating Officer William Pohl III, who has delivered more than 10,000 homes and apartments over two decades and leads Cotra’s operations from the job site up.
